You only have to look at the Medusa straight on to see her. And she's not deadly. She's beautiful and she's laughing. - Hélène Cixous

what she says: I'm fine.
what she means: Sometimes I still think about the fact that initially Kate Bush was going to do a tour on Never For Ever and The Dreaming that never happened... but like, imagine if it had? Those two albums could be matched perfectly in the set list because both of them have such a strong atmosphere and similar themes, think of "army dreamers" followed by "pull out the pin"? "night scented stock" and "night of the swallow"? "sat in your lap" and "all we ever look for"??? "blow away" could've been a stripped back version of just Kate playing it on the piano? They would've had to bring like TWO fairlight CMIs on the stage because both of the albums used them so much! Also the bagpipes? the digeridoo? that classic 80s synth bass? Kate could have worn the "delius" swan dress? and probably something velvet black for "houdini" and "babooshka"? also, think about them recreating the sound of the flock of swallows flying past the moon and the spirits that haunt the house as well as the child in the cradle, and black and white footage of airplanes flying over the front lines and lots of fog and candles everywhere, and dead leaves and roses,
